  • What communication channels do you rely on and trust the most?

Biography

  • What are the key life events that have shaped you?
  • What are your main hobbies and interests?
  • Tell us about your family.
  • Where do you currently live?
  • Describe your typical daily routine. What activities do you engage in throughout the day?
    (For example – Morning coffee – radio news- car – kindergarten – workplace – coffee corner colleagues – grocery – home – children – dinner – time for yourself – scrolling in facebook – reading in bed – etc) Is there any part of your routine you wouldn’t change?

Professional & Personal Goals

  • Do you set personal or professional goals? For example, New Year’s resolutions?
  • What do you hope to achieve in your career?
  • What small things at work make you feel accomplished and boost your confidence?
  • What brings you happiness in your personal life?

Pain Points

  • Have you felt the need to develop or advance your career?
  • What societal trends or changes require you to develop new skills?
  • Are there areas of your job performance that you’d like to improve? If so, which ones?  Do you need additional skills to make these improvements?
  • What makes obtaining new knowledge and learning new skills challenging for you?
  • Are there any factors that demotivate you from participating in training programmes?
