Start with the initial activity in the top- left box:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading wp-el\">2. Follow the arrows for sequential activities and detail each activity:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading wp-el\">3. Identify Feedback and Revision Loops:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading wp-el\">Tips for Effective Use:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list wp-el\">\n<li><strong>Align with the Learner Journey worksheet: <\/strong>Many of your activities are already listed there. However, be mindful \u2013 it only includes activities related to the learner\u2019s actions, while you likely also have activities stemming from your organization\u2019s processes that are not directly tied to the learner\u2019s needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Be Thorough:<\/strong> Cover all essential activities, from ideation through to delivery and post-launch evaluation. Don\u2019t overlook support activities like stakeholder communication and quality assurance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Use Clear Descriptions:<\/strong> Each activity box should clearly describe what needs to be done, who needs to complete it, and expected results to prevent ambiguity and ensure accountability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prioritise and Organise:<\/strong> While all activities are important, prioritise them based on their impact on the course\u2019s success.
