Iga kursuse jaoks koostame eraldi turundusplaani, kus on paigas ajakava, s\u00f5numid ja vastutajad. See aitab tagada, et \u00f5ppijani j\u00f5uab \u00f5igeaegne ja usaldusv\u00e4\u00e4rne info.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kulude arvestamine planeerimisel<br><\/strong>Arvestasime, et n\u00e4htavus ja teavitamine vajavad ressursse. Seet\u00f5ttu planeerisime turundus- ja kommunikatsioonikulud kursuste eelarvesse juba varases etapis, mitte tagantj\u00e4rele.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Teadlikkuse kasvatamine organisatsiooni sees<br><\/strong>\u00a0Protsess t\u00f5i esile vajaduse suurendada mikrokvalifikatsioonide m\u00f5istmist kogu koolipere hulgas. \u00d5petajad, koordinaatorid ja tugipersonal vajasid \u00fchist arusaama sellest, mis on mikrokvalifikatsioonid ja milline on nende roll taseme\u00f5ppe k\u00f5rval.
